Knights of Columbus
The Knights of Columbus is the world's largest Catholic fraternal service organization. Membership is open to "Practicing Catholic" men aged 18 or older.
Our Lady of Mount Carmel Council 12706 was started as a council in the year 2000 at St John of the Cross Parish in Mississauga, Ontario. The council membership stands at 150 members.
Members of the council support numerous charities on a continuous basis.
The council also organizes many family events including the Tex Mex night, Costume ball and the Knight of Hearts dance. Our council, as well as members, assisted in the parish Campaign “Let There be Light” to effect the necessary renovations to the church.
