The first step, which is mandatory, is to attend the Parent and Candidate meeting at St. John of the Cross Parish. Meetings already happened on September 29 and October 1, 2024. Your last chance to attend is on Thursday, October 10th. If you have not registered for this meeting yet, do it now by clicking on this link:
At the Parent meeting you will be provided with information required for your child to successfully complete the Rite of Confirmation process. This page provides a summarized list of requirements and digital versions of the documents that you will need to complete or use as reference.

The Decision Point workbook will be used for the sessions and it will be provided to you once we receive the Registration Fee.

Please refer to the Information Package Checklist for details about requirements and deadlines. Completed forms may be submitted via email (preferred) or dropped into the box labeled "Confirmation" at the parish office.
The Candidate Covenant form, Registration Form, Sponsor Form, and Information Package Checklist may be downloaded from the "IMPORTANT RESOURCES AND FORMS" section below. You may also pick up hard copies from the Parish Office before or after the Parent Meeting.
The following must be submitted to the Parish as soon as possible and before October 31st:
IMPORTANT: Candidates can participate in the Decision Point sessions only if we have received the Registration and Covenant forms. We will not be able to assign your child's Confirmation Date until we receive the child's baptismal certificate and completed sponsor's form.

Attend any of the masses on Saturday/Sunday of October 19/20 or October 26/27, 2024 at the church.
Decision Point Sessions
All five (5) sessions will be at the Church Hall. Confirmation candidates MUST attend all sessions.
